This past Memorial Day weekend, we kicked off our summer activities. Lake trips, pool openings, and cookouts were all around us telling us summer has begun. The start of summer is a season of endings and beginnings- for our children it is the ending of a school year and the beginning of fun days........
March 2024
Just last week we celebrated the beginning of spring and despite the cold snaps thrown our way, most of us here in Alabama saw the bright yellow pollen dusting all of our surroundings and we knew the flowers were blooming. Yesterday morning as I took my dog on his morning walk I noticed my neighbors flowers blooming full of color around their mailboxes. All of them I thought looked brighter and prettier than they were before they went into hibernation in the late fall.....
